• Continued progress toward our goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2032, with renewable energy usage increasing by 200 basis points, to 5.3%; 
• An 8.3% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions in 2025, resulting in a total reduction of 32.3% since our 2022 baseline;
• Further improvement to our already industry-leading safety performance, with our Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) declining to 0.51; and
• Making over $2 million of contributions to charitable initiatives around the world, with a focus on addressing basic needs such as food security, shelter, and access to healthcare, while also investing in education and expanding opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
